Cinnamon Apple Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Peel and chop one large apple and set aside.

Combine 1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Mix 2/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup soft buffer
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk

Pour HALF the bafer in a 9×5 inch pan, top with half the chopped apples and sugar/cinnamon. Repeat to fill up the pan and pat down with a spoon. Bake for 50 minutes and let cool.

Lemon Blueberry Cake

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. For best results use a spring form pan lightly buttered and lined with parchment paper.

Mix 2 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
Add 2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
Do not over mix!
Add 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tbsp lemon zest

In a separate bowl add 1 tsp of lemon juice & 1/2 tbsp corn starch with your blueberries. Pour 1/2 of your batter into pan and top with 1/2 of the blueberries. Repeat and ensure to push the blueberries on top into the butter.

Bake for approximately 45-55 minutes. Let cake rest for at least 15-20 minutes in pan. Remove pan and continue to cool. Top with sited icing sugar.

  2. Hey there just wanted to give you a quick heads up and let you know
    a few of the images aren’t loading properly. I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue.
    I’ve tried it in two different internet browsers and both show the same outcome.
